Returns & Corrections

We accept return requests within 15–30 days from the date your order is delivered. If your dress requires adjustments or corrections due to a production issue, we are happy to: • Correct or repair the garment, or • Offer a store credit of equal value.

Refunds

Due to the nature of couture and made-to-order garments, cash refunds are not available. Approved returns will be processed as store credit, valid for future purchases.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for return or correction:

• The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

• All original tags must be attached

• The request must be submitted within the stated return period

Custom & Couture Orders

For custom-made or couture dresses, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, necessary corrections or adjustments related to fit or craftsmanship will be provided within the 15–30 day period.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
