Returns & Corrections

If your dress requires adjustments or corrections due to a production issue, we are happy to:

• Correct or repair the garment

Refunds

Due to the nature of couture and made-to-order garments, cash refunds are not available.

Custom & Couture Orders

For custom-made or couture dresses, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, necessary corrections or adjustments related to fit or craftsmanship will be provided within the 15–30 day period.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
